MAZDA Keys
Mazda have a reasonably straightforward procedure for programming keys, meaning the cost is reasonable and the process is quite quick. However, it is necessary to have two keys programmed to the immobiliser system at any one time, which means that if you only have one key and then lose it, you have no option but to buy two keys. We would therefore always recommend that you keep a spare key. It is also worth noting that Mazda do not always keep a record of key numbers, so if you lose all your keys it is difficult to make new ones, and the cost can be well over £250!

How Much Will it Cost?
The price varies from model to model. The biggest variance in the price is the parts cost. If aftermarket parts are available the cost can be very reasonable, especially when comparing to a main dealer. However, if only original parts are available for your vehicle this will make the job considerably more expensive. We will always as a minimum look to match the dealer price, and in most cases we are still someway cheaper.
